About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous Senior Executive to join our compliance team. You will act as the backbone of our client’s financial operations, ensuring they remain compliant so they can focus on growth. Ideally, you are someone who has cut their teeth in a CA firm and is now ready to manage a diverse portfolio independently.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance : Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and performing detailed Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations.

TDS Management : Handle monthly computation, payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns (24Q & 26Q), including revised returns on the TRACES portal.

Finalization : Assist in the finalization of accounts for Proprietorships, Partnerships, and Companies, preparing financial statements specifically for ITR filing.

Client Coordination : Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day tax compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification : CA Inter (Cleared) or candidates who have completed their CA Articleship.

Experience : 2–4 years of hands-on experience, predominantly within a CA firm.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced MS Excel, GST Portal, and TRACES.

We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to assist in the digital transformation of our clients. You don’t need to be a coder, but you must be comfortable working with software systems. Your primary role is to be the "super-user" who sets up Zoho tools, tests our internal applications, and ensures our clients know how to use them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Assist in the setup and onboarding of clients on Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Payroll (e.g., configuring settings, importing customer/vendor data, setting up templates).

Client Onboarding & Training: Act as the guide for our clients’ finance teams, helping them understand how to use the software for their daily accounting needs.

Requirement Gathering: Meet with clients to understand their business workflows and communicate these needs clearly to our internal development team.

Application Testing (QA): Test the web applications and tools created by our developers from a user’s perspective to ensure they work correctly before they are released to clients.

Candidate Requirements:
